TERMS_OF_SERVICE
BINDING_AGREEMENT
By engaging the services of Trendify.Agency (herein referred to as "The Agency"), you agree to be bound by these strategic protocols. These terms govern all Digital Marketing, Web Development, and CRM Integration services provided by Sajid Khan and his authorized associates.
SCOPE_OF_EXECUTION
The Agency provides custom digital solutions. Specific deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements will be outlined in a separate Project Brief. Any adjustments to the mission scope after initiation may result in a reconfiguration of the resource allocation (additional fees).
MARKETING_LIABILITY
Trendify manages advertising algorithms (Google/Meta). However:
> Ad spend is paid directly by the Client to the platform.
> The Agency does not guarantee specific revenue figures.
> Market volatility is a variable beyond algorithmic control.
ASSET_OWNERSHIP
Upon final settlement of all invoices, the Client retains full ownership of the front-facing digital assets (website code, graphics). However, Trendify retains ownership of proprietary internal algorithms, pre-existing code libraries, and strategic frameworks used to build the asset.
FINANCIAL_SYNCHRONIZATION
Services are invoiced based on the agreed-upon milestone structure. Failure to synchronize payments within 7 business days of the invoice date will result in a temporary suspension of all active marketing campaigns and web hosting nodes.
EXIT_PROTOCOL
Either party may terminate the partnership with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the final second of the notice period.
JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through strategic mediation shall be settled in the courts of Bhiwandi/Thane.
